Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) explains what you may and may not do when using Kenina Studio. It forms part of our Terms of Service. We are committed to a safe, respectful, and lawful platform for everyone.

2. What the Service is for

Kenina Studio lets you transform your own photographs (or photographs you have permission to use) into artistic, stylized artwork — for example watercolor, oil painting, royal portrait, anime, or pop-art renditions. Artistic style transfer is the core and only intended use of the Service.

3. Prohibited content and uses

You must not use the Service to create, attempt to create, or distribute content that:

Sexual content

• Is pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive, in any degree;
• Depicts nudity in a sexualized context;
• Is intended for sexual gratification.

Face and likeness misuse

• Face-swapping or creating deepfakes of any kind;
• Manipulating a real person's face or likeness without that person's consent;
• Using the likeness of a celebrity, public figure, or minor without authorization;
• Creating content designed to deceive, defame, or impersonate.

Violence and harm

• Depicts graphic violence, gore, injury, or self-harm;
• Encourages or glorifies violence, terrorism, or cruelty;
• Depicts weapons in a threatening or realistic harmful context.

Hate and harassment

• Promotes hatred, discrimination, or bigotry based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
• Harasses, bullies, threatens, or humiliates any person.

Law and rights

• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights;
• Depicts unlawful activity or facilitates crime;
• Misrepresents your identity or the origin of content.

System abuse

• Attempts to bypass, disable, or interfere with our content moderation controls;
• Uses automated means (bots, scripts) to access or generate content at scale without authorization;
• Resells or redistributes the Service or generated content in ways that violate the Terms.

Content involving minors is absolutely prohibited in any sexualized or inappropriate context — there are no exceptions, including artistic or fictional framing.

4. Content moderation and enforcement

• Automated screening. All generation requests are screened by automated content moderation before any image is generated. Requests that violate this AUP are automatically blocked.
• We may block or refuse any request at our sole discretion.
• Enforcement actions for violations may include, in escalating order: refusing a request, warning you, suspending your account, terminating your account, and forfeiting unused credits. In serious cases we may report activity to relevant authorities.
• We monitor for compliance and may test or review activity at any time.

5. Reporting

If you believe content generated through the Service violates this AUP, or you encounter abusive behavior, please report it to support@kenina.studio with as much detail as possible (including the generated image and the account, if known). We review reports and take appropriate action.
